ChangingAging offers a range of arts- and evidence-based events designed by the ChangingAging Avengers to build community, drive innovation and organizational transformation by tapping into and unleashing the collective wisdom and creativity of all participants.
Community Workshops
Multi-day participatory workshops designed to tap into the collective intelligence and creativity of communities to effect social change. We harness the arts, theater, improv and evidence-based methodologies to create strategic action plans, launch community initiatives or other projects. Concerts
ChangingAging partners with Musicians for World Harmony to deliver evidence-based experiential concerts and music workshops. Designed by and featuring renowned musician and humanitarian Samite, multi-instrumentalist Nate Silas Richardson, vocalist and activist Namarah McCall and vocalist and gerontologist Dr. Jennifer Carson.
Organizational Transformation
ChangingAging’s team of Avengers offers a range of organizational change consulting and workshops based on the positive change methodologies of Appreciative Inquiry and Liberating Structures, two complementary disciplines designed to foster genuine inclusion and participation.
