Here’s an interesting graph from economist Tom Lawler demonstrating the inverse relationship trend for 24-34-year-olds either living at home with their parents or buying a house. That’s a whole lot of baby boomers taking adult children back under their roofs. And you can bet a lot of them have aging parents to take care of as well. I’m curious if their are any statistics tracking an increase in multi-generational households?
